Style View

Style view is a behavioral assessment tool which assesses the decision making styles of senior management executives. It is based on the original works of Dr.Kenneth R Brousseau, PhD & Dr. Michael J Driver PhD, former professors of University of Southern California, USA. Research on these decision Styles has been published in Harvard Business Review of February 2006.¬ This tool assesses the decision making in role style and in operating styles. The four basic styles which the tool assesses are Decisive, Hierarchic, Flexible and integrative. The test report elaborates various decision making styles and the significance of each style. This tool has applications in Leadership Development, Team Building, Recruitment, Coaching and mentoring people.

Career View:

Career view is a behavioral assessment tool which assesses the Career concept and career motives of senior management executives. It is based on the original works of Dr. Kenneth R Brousseau PhD & Dr. Michael J Driver PhD, former professors of University of Southern California, USA. Research on these styles has been published in Harvard Business Review of February 2006.¬ This tool assesses the Career Concepts of the executives. The four career concepts which this tool assesses are Expert, Linear, Spiral and Transitory. The report explains the various career concepts and career motives. The feedback will be extremely useful in Talent Management and Career Planning, Succession Planning etc.
